Financial Administrators

Financial Administrators are subject matter experts on all things related to procurement and payment services. They are responsible for:

Entering requisitions and expense reports using the correct procurement methods
Ensuring appropriate documentation is included
Confirming expenses comply with Baylor policies
Approving Marketplace orders less than $2,500 and Expense Reports less than $1,500
Proactively supporting all procure-to-pay, supplier, and contracting activities for their designated area(s)
Collaborating with their Business Officer, Financial Manager(s), URAs, central finance teams, and other campus service areas.
