Human Capital Management (HCM) Specialists support Business Officers and divisions by processing HR-related transactions, including:

Employee hires (faculty, staff, and student employment)
Assignment updates
Absences

These colleagues serve as an area resource on HCM questions including advising and assisting faculty and staff on HR processes. They ensure compliance with University HR policies, and they collaborate with Divisional and Departmental Approvers, URAs, and campus service areas.
